Welcome! Pulcinella was opened
in July of 1991 in Fort Collins, CO. Shortly after the restaurant's opening,
the first of three Northern Colorado pizzerias was opened. Word of mouth
advertising has been the most successful means of introducing new customers
to the Pulcinella experience. The growth and popularity of Pulcinella
Ristorante and Pizzeria has made Pulcinella a household name
in Northern Colorado.
In June of 2005, a second Pulcinella Ristorante was opened in Lafayette, CO.
Since its opening, hundreds of new customers have been introduced to Pulcinella
and are spreading the word to friends and family. Taking a page from our Fort
Collins' history, a pizzeria was opened in Lafayette just a few months ago and
it has been delighting new customers in the Lafayette area.
On December 27th, 2006, a third Pulcinella Ristorante was opened in Downtown Denver,
CO in the midst of the Christmas Blizzard of 2006. The cold weather has not stopped
hundreds of new customers from enjoying the warm atmosphere and fine culinary delights
served every day at the newest member of the Pulcinella tradition.
